If you install the software, it has the key in it. Once you install the software plug in your device. If you find a solution to fixing the Authentication Key; :Please share!

Voice editing programme used to download files has option of dividing file but wont actually let us access it. Sound guys just forgot to stop recording so most of the 19 hours is silence...only 20 minutes of meeting that we need.gggrrr
