I can't seem to import any files into the futura programme- can't have images from the internet and open into futura- what should i do?
The basic Futura program cannot take regular image files like jpegs or bmps. You have to have Futura Autopunch to convert image files into embroidery files. Whatever images you have must be converted to a compatible embroidery format. Autopunch and PhotoStitch are able to do this. I suggest you invest in Autopunch to start.
Make sure you have an up to date version of winzip or some software to unzip your images. then extract them to a folder for your sewing machine. I am having a problem with my ce-150 going out of time. have had my machine since christmas and have had to have it repaired two times already. Any advice would be a super huge help.
Put your images into your pictures folder.Once in the Futura software,go to file, open design browser click on the top and find My Documents, then click on my pictures and they should bring them up.
