I have these two cell phones a GSM Motorola Motorola Razr V3, and a CDMA Samsung SPH-A900. Actually, I am using the GSM phone, and I would like to know if it is possible to replace some parts from the Samsung to the Motorola. The parts I am talking about are memory, camera, screen, I don’t know everything that can be replaced.

From Verizon, no. Phones that accept sim cards are designed to be used on GSM networks not CDMA. If you were to get a RAZR V3 from T-Mobile or AT&T you would be able to unlock those and use them on any GSM network.
The V3m is a CDMA phone, so it will be limited as to where it works internationally. Most countries use GSM technology, and the two are not compatible. RAZR v3m is not compatible with T-Mobile, as it is a CDMA phone, used on services such as Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, etc. The v3m is not a GSM phone and does not have a SIM card, and therefore cannot be used on GSM services such as T-Mobile and AT&T (Cingular).
T-Mobile does have a RAZR v3, but it is not a v3m. The v3m is similar to the v3s, which is also a CDMA phone, but adds a micro SD card to store music and photos on.
