You found out a lesson - you should back up your drivers before reinstalling Windows. There are several programs available for this, many free. But for now, you need to install the drivers. Try this page: http://drivers.brothersoft.com/a4tech-kbs-2680rp-wireless-keyboard--mouse-driver-7.64-download-40779.html

Numlock

well, I have the same problem too, but finally I can fix this problem.
It's just very simple.
Can you see the OFFICE button, right on top of the F8 button and also on top of numlock green light (who is turned on if the numlock or caps lock active) ? Just press that button, then press the numlock button. Gotcha! The numlock light is turned on, right? Try to type some number on notepad with right side of your keyboard now.
Is this information helpful? Thanks before

Drivers

These drivers are not easy to find. Have done some searching, but it's very hard.
You could try this one (seems to be some general driver), or another driver e.g. for KBS-8 or KBS-26.

Good luck
