My cars headlights no longer come on

I went to go to work this morning and the headlights no longer come on.  The brights work fine.   This just happened over night.

    I checked the bulbs and fuses. And yes both headlights won't come on. High beams work, but when I turn them on with the switch, the high beams come on, but the headlights do not.

    Passenger headlamp bulb replaced but still looking like a cyclops driving around at night. Fuses already ruled out.

First Rule Out Fuse And BULBS it took 20 years but I did see BOTH Blow out Same time .

If all is Well there and you Knoe how to test dimmer switch do so and Obviously if dimmer is good Headlight Switch is Bad

Headlights went out on a 98 ford escort while driving
if both headlights went out at the same time, check your fuses. because high beams use more power than headlights, they are often on a separate fuse. if fuses are fine, replace the headlights.

My headlights on my 94 dakota work fine for a while on brights, but then just the headlights start flashing/flickering. Parking lights and brake lights are fine. It will also flash/flicker in dim lights...
I just had this problem. There was a screw loose on the hi-beam switch. You have to take off the plastic cover on the steering column to get to it. Really simple to fix yourself (5 minutes tops). 4 screws and the turn of a small wrench. Free if you do it yourself, $600 if you take it to the dealer.
