I checked the bulbs and fuses. And yes both headlights won't come on. High beams work, but when I turn them on with the switch, the high beams come on, but the headlights do not.

Passenger headlamp bulb replaced but still looking like a cyclops driving around at night. Fuses already ruled out. Passenger headlamp bulb replaced but still looking like a cyclops driving around at night. Fuses already ruled out.

if both headlights went out at the same time, check your fuses. because high beams use more power than headlights, they are often on a separate fuse. if fuses are fine, replace the headlights.
I just had this problem. There was a screw loose on the hi-beam switch. You have to take off the plastic cover on the steering column to get to it. Really simple to fix yourself (5 minutes tops). 4 screws and the turn of a small wrench. Free if you do it yourself, $600 if you take it to the dealer.
