My JBL CHARE wont charge it will only flash a red light

I assume you mean a JBL Charge. As for that specific model I am unfamiliar, however if when you try to charge electronics they will only flash a red light that's usually a battery or charger error signal. Most likely either a battery in the battery pack has gone bad, a contact has come loose or your charger has broken. Did you happen to drop it shortly before this error occurred? Also was the battery completely dead right before this happened? Sometimes I have noticed wireless devices will refuse to charge a battery if it is completely drained.

I bought a portable charger for my iphone 3gs, my battery was getting low so i put this charger in and now my phone wont switch on?

The charger may not be compatible with your iPhone and the battery on your phone may be completely discharged.

Use an OEM (Apple iPhone) charger and see if it charges your phone. Do not unplug it until it is completely charged (several hours).

I have a jet ultra3 wheel chair...the batteries went completely dead..I put in new batteries but now it wont charge...book says to call a tech if the batteries ever completely discharge..is there a...

Its unusual for a charger that was working to stop working because you replaced the batteries. Does your chair operate correctly with the new batteries? If so then I would check the connection of the on-board charger at the controller box located in the front base section ahead of the batteries. Trace the cable from the charger to the controller and make sure it didn't come unplugged from the controller. Your red light on the charger would still light up but you would never charge the batteries. Now if you can locate an off board charger (borrow from a friend or neighbor that has one or borrow one from your local provider) plug it in the charger port located under the front of the joystick and see if the batteries will get fully charged that way. If you can't find any cable problems with the on-board charger and the off-board charger charges the batteries then there is a problem with the on-board charger or the charging system through the controller. It would be cheaper to purchase an off-board charger if the borrowed one works than try to replace the on-board charger. Hope this helps

Does it harm a Ryobi 18v lithium battery to leave on Charger?

Lithium-Ion batteries require careful charging and temperature monitoring while in the charger. Ryobi's Charging station monitors many functions and shuts off when the battery has gone through a complete charge. This is indicated by a steady Green light. Once the Charge indicator is a steady green the charger stops charging. With any battery It will slowly discharge and I don’t think the Ryobi will maintain a battery that is never removed. For example, if after a complete charge cycle if the battery was left there for 2 years and then you went to use it, it would likely be completely discharged. However if the battery charger is unplugged then plugged back in a new charge sequence would start. I lose power at my house about every 6 months or so. Once power is restored a new cycle would start and the charging cycle begins again.
Hope this helps and have a great day.

Bought my phone yesterday...Battery was losing charge quickly.. battery was down to half charge after about 15 minutes of fully charging.. Was trying to let the phone die completley then fully charge it,...

Ok first of all you should never let a phone die out of charge at all.IF it dies out of charge there are chances it might charge again once you charge it but in some cases it wont, you need to boost your battery just like jump start your car.It cannot be done anywhere except some service centre. If you are not taking to your service center , then you need to buy a new battery.

I have an Energizer E2 Slider battery charger, Is the green light supposed to stay on when charging. Does it shut off when charge complete.

all chargers show a light of some colour when charging , green or red , depending on make of charger , when the battery is fully charged the unit monitor this and automatically switch of to stop from over charging , a safety feature that has to built in for safety reasons ,

My a701

Hi Kane

When a battery gets really low, it may not take a charge straight away, leave it connected for several hours, it may come back. If not, a new battery is in order, and a charger I guess also:)

Won't charge!!

Hey ppl, my camera has just doen the same, it wont charge although it works completely fine in all other cases. Ive had it just over a year. Has anyone tried using a new cable? Or is it defintely the camera thats the problem? Either was a simple solution is to buy a charger for the battery itself, one thats independant of the camera. Its not as convienient, as you need to remove the battery and place it in a stand to charge, but it does solve the problem :-D They cost about £10.
