Well, there is no recycle bin function with your digital camera. Even though you deleted the photo while the camera is connected to your computer, it won't also go to the Recycle Bin or Trash. But that doesn't mean you have lost the photo permanently. Take a try this digital photo recovery software as soon as possible. If you are running Mac machine, go to photo recovery for Mac.

Note: DO NOT take more photos with the same camera from now on before it is recovered. Best regards.

I have had success with this... Download the program
http://www.asoftech.com/apr/

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Don't Worry! There are ways for you to restore all your deleted images back from this camera memory card as long as these images are not overwritten by anything else.
What you should do is really simple:
Firstly, stop using this camera or inner memory card immediately in case that any new file would overwrite your original photos and make them gone permanently. So, you should take care!
Secondly, plunge this camera to your computer and prepare to retrieve all your deleted pictures.
Thirdly, apply a deleted photo recovery freeware to retrieve all your deleted photos back successfully:
http://blog4mark.blogspot.com/2012/12/photo-recovery-after-delete.html
I believe this data recovery freeware can work perfectly on your camera memory card just in the same way as it completely retrieves all the deleted data of my friend off from his phone memory card. Just give it a shot!
Fourthly, save and back up all the restored photos on a different memory card or drive in case of data recovery failure.
Note: Never forget to back up everything important at least on two memory cards or locations in the future.
Good luck!

You can recover the pic. There's a free easy to use application called free undelete. Just install it and scan your memory card. It will display the list of deleted items. Just select the deleted item you want to recover, browse where you want to recover it and click on undelete.
You can get it here. Its free for personal use

Hello, I have a samsung es55 camera and need to retrieve some pictures after they have been deleted. I have looked online and it seems this is possible through accessing the recycle bin, thought I can't...

I'm working on the premise that you've deleted the photos from your camera memory or memory card.

If you have and used them since, its unlikely that you'll be able to retrieve them, you could have already over written them.

Its unlikely that you've deleted to your recycle bin, thats on your PC, usually already on your desktop. Camera's normally delete for good.

However, check your pc recycle bin, just double click onto it, it should be on your desk top. Once open you can choose to restore deleted files.

There are 2 file recovery programmes available for free from "filehippo.com" called "recuva" and "PC Inspector File Recovery 4.0". Download and install either of these onto your pc and recover from you camera memory to your pc (just create a folder on you desktop".

Good luck.

Can i recover pictures i accidentally deleted?

First of all, you should stop saving any new files to your digital camera (or SD card) or taking new pictures.

Then find some photo recovery software from the following websites, which are able to recover deleted or formatted photos and movies from cell phone, digital camera, memory card and SD card etc.

Digital Camera Photo Recovery

Here are the steps:

Step 1: Download and install the Digital Photo Recovery Software.
Step 2: Connect your Sony cybershot camera (or SD card, memory card etc) to your PC.
Step 3: Scan the source drive where your lost pictures located.
Step 4: Recover the lost pictures and save them to another drive instead of the source drive.

Best regards!
