Machine sews fine but bobbin in case noisy. Bounces while sewing. I recently had a new case put in. I've cleaned everything, replaced bobbin making sure it is snapped in properly, sews without noise for a few minutes, then gets noisy again. I've tried about everything I can think of to fix myself since we live a distance from repair service & I've just had machine serviced a month ago. Help please!
If you just had serviced a month ago I would take back and tell them to fix the problem you did not have before they serviced it, or try calling maybe then can advise over the phone.

It isout of time you need to time it.by adjusting the screw on the bobbin holder turn it left or right and the tension knobe and foot tension.

I agree with brodering about the damage to your bobbin case, it should be smooth all over, as the thread travels across the top surface to form a stitch, and the small step on the underside locates it as the hook spins underneath.
Needle strikes often compromise the surface, as will the hook colliding with the under surface... and although it is possible to gently polish off the damage with fine grain wet & dry (black) sand paper (emery paper) there are limits to the success depending on the degree of damage.
While on the subject, ensure the bobbin case and hook race beneath are clean and free of lint or thread.

I'm having a similar problem today. I took out the bobbin case and when I went to put it back in, the whole system locks up. I've tired cleaning, changing needle taking the metal plate and piece that holds bobbin case out and put it all back in after cleaning. Nothing. My symptom is I can't get a complete stitch, the needle goes down, the whole deal acts like it will work and as soon as the arm of the bobbin case gets to 8 o' clock on the gears, It jams and won't hardly move. I cannot pull the bobbin case out easily after this. Perhaps there is someone out there that can help us!

I believe that the bobbin case holder has become unlatched, for lack of better terminology. I have one of these machines, and my first experience with one was exactly as you are describing. A friends grandmother brought it to me because it kept breaking needles and wouldn't complete a stitch.Put the bed table in the lowered position, leaving the free arm exposed. Remove your needle, presser foot, and bobbin case, leaving the bobbin door open. Next remove the two screws that hold in the feed plate, and remove the feed plate. Looking down into the bobbin area, manually turn the bobbin case holder. There is a small slot in the top of the bobbin case holder, look for it as you turn. A small latch protruding from the bed plate is supposed to be clipped into that slot, and if the latch is still there, you likely will not be able to rotate the holder into place: This is good news, it means nothing is broken. Loosen the three screws (two silver on the top of the bed plate and one black in the area where the feed plate goes) which hold the bed plate in place, but do not remove them. You should be able to lift the bed enough to get the holder into place, and then set the bed back down and tighten the screws. Reassemble everything, throw in a new needle and see how it goes!
