Repairmen said Controller is nothing to do with the calorie counter but yet Console and Rear roller was replaced so what else could it be or is it the controller
Yes the repairmen is o.k when he says the controllers nothing to do with the calorie counter.
See the block diagram attached, the problem is the display board or upper board. However adjust the REED switch, test for open or faulty, clean it, and tigh very well the connector b) tight the ribbon cable for keypads inside the display board. c) replace batteries from display by new one, with the same polarity, same markay such hybrid rayovac. c) clean the contacts battery.

Likely the cover of one of the motor brushes popped off. Unplug the machine before you pop it back in place, then try it again.
If that doesn't work, most likely it's the motor control board, or possibly the console, or finally just a loose connection behind the console.
But most likely, it's the motor brush cover. I've been seeing that alot with this model.

1) replace new batteries with the same type, and o.k polarity.
2) clean the contacts batteries with c.cleaner and retight the spring with plier for a GOOD contact.
3) adjust the REED swtich, test it , clean it and tight the plugs
4) tight the ribbon cable inside for a good contacts keypads.
