you shouldn't need a CD for the router to work. The CD isn't a driver CD it is a CD to make connecting the router eaiser but it isn't necessary to use the CD to make the router work. This URL should help you set up this router:

plug 'er in, then insert the installation cd that came with it into your computer, it should guide you through installing the TomTom Home software..
