Replace front cam shaft seal,and timming belt,and align timming marks.
Remove tbelt (lots of steps see link)
remove front cog on cable( 8v head is diffr that 16v to lock it)
tell if 8v or 16v engine
then remove backing plate.
then the seal clamp.
the seals falls off.

then do step 14
then jump to 32. and stop
the cam cog bolt is RHT that is CCW takes it off
then remove the backpan , 10mmbolts and last the
seal clamp.
in short, all belts off, fan blade off.
timing cover (tbelt) off
timing belt idler stud and idler center bolt loose.
timing belt off
top cog bolt off (use locking method) ask)
backpan off
seal clamp off.

They put the 2 marks on there for 2 different engines, that use the same cams. You will need to find this out, which engine you have and what marks to use. Or, you can try this before you take off the old belt. Pull a couple spark plugs, spin the engine by hand, bring it around to the timing mark on the crank pulley, and look at the marks on the cam. They should be lined up to either a diamond or a line, That will be your mark. Check it out, hope this helps.
