I have an 8 GB iPod touch that is now disabled because I can't remember the 4 digit code. The message on the iPod's screen says, 'iPod is disabled. Connect to iTunes.' The computer that I originally used with it has recently crashed. When I installed iTunes on my new computer and connected the iPod Touch to it, a message appears saying, 'Can't connect iPod, please enter 4 digit code.' What is my next course of action?

Thanks to everyone who provided solution inputs. I finally have my iPod back. The solution is: 1. Turn of your iPod. 2. While holding down the 'Home' button, connect to iTunes WARNING: Doing this will return your iPod back to original 'out of the box' settings and you will lose everything. On the bright side, you get a 'fresh' start and it will auto update to the most recent software version. Good luck!
