After removing the straps start on one side and put two fingers between the base and seat (the strap feels alot stronger than it is) once you do that you can get Ahold of it to twist it out. Do not twist on the peg side.

Do not just pull the pegs as I have previously read, you have to unbuckle the other buckles then start with one side and twist the seat until the peg is returned and released from its slot..... P.S I know that my response is late but I would hope that it will help someone because I had a hard time figuring this out!

This product is not one that is available in the UK so we would need to know what country you're in so that we can provide you with the customer service contact details for that country.

SOURCE: how do I get a replacement Lights and sounds insert for Safety 1st Walker

Hi

At Dorel UK we're unable to supply spare part items for this particular product - we would only be able to recommend purchasing a 2nd hand walker of the same model to salvage spare parts from it.

Removing seat from Safety 1st Sound n Lights Activity Walker

There's tabs on the underside of the walker that are holding the cloth seat in place. Slip the buckle through the slot. They go all the way around the walker seat.

How to remove the seat cover of baby walker

Thank you Kelstar 69 & Christina for your explanations. Your words "do not twist the peg side" and "twist the SEAT until peg is turned and released" were just what I needed. I worked and worked at this until between you, it finally made sense. Appreciate it!

Safe lite car seats

Instructions on cleaning are usually included in the car seat's manual. Follow those directions carefully. It is important not to damage the harness or remove the flame retardancy of the cover by washing incorrectly.

Product # 45606 made in 1996. we have a bouncing safety first toy seat that looks like a car and the baby seats down into this middle seat. We cannot figure out how to put the polyester seat back in.

Remove the plastic ring by pushing each tab inward and pulling the top piece of the ring up. Find the buttonhole on the back of the seat and put it over the little knob. Then work the fabric around the outside of the ring, tucking it on the inside of the plastic tabs, all the way around. Then, with the talles tab at the back where the buttonhole is, line up the top half and pop it back on. The fit is very tight and the fabric will be held in place by the ring.

If it's the new model then you need to follow this in reverse order for Cleaning the Quinny Buzz seats (comfort cushion and XL seat)
1. Open safety harness
2. Unfasten the shoulder belt snap and hook and remove the belt pad.
3. Loosen all snaps on the bottom of the seat
