Salvage Job I had a panasonic sc-ht17 system which uses a system cable to connect the unit to the sub woofer.I want to use this sub woofer on a sony system which has a rca low level line out. If some one has identified the pins in this cable from the source or has a schematic or diagram please let me know.

This should not be a problem. Cut off the plug off the wire oppisite the sub connection. Turn on the sub and touch each wire till you hear a buzz, that should be your source wire. Connect up an RCA plug with the ground of course, and you should be set. Good Luck

I need the system cord for panasonic sb wa 350 could you tell me where to find

The SB-WA350 is the sub-woofer for the SC-HT900 home theater system. See the manual here at Panasonic's support page, https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/SC-HT900.html , or ManualsLib, https://www.manualslib.com/manual/266877/Panasonic-Sc-Ht900.html?page=2#manual . The manual lists the system cable as part K1HA25HA0001.

I've found the cable listed at E-bay and here: http://salestores.com/pak1sucak1ha.html . However, Panasonic has discontinued the SC-HT900 and the cable is out of stock at most vendors. I hope this helps.

I have a panasonic sa-ht 700 but it did not come with a power cord. it does not have a 120 plug in like normal

The SA-HT700 is the main unit for the SC-HT700 DVD Home Theater system. For this system, the sub-woofer (SA-WA340) has the AC power connection. The sub-woofer is connected to the main unit by a "System cable". The power cord and system cable are shown in the manual. You'll need the sub-woofer if you don't have one. Amazon has a used sub-woofer listed here: https://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-SB-WA340-Powered-Subwoofer-SA-HT700/dp/B076HB8HQP . However, I don't know the third-party vendor.

A replacement power cable for some regions is available at Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/Polarized-Panasonic-SA-HT700-SA-HT80-SCHT1500/dp/B00VFHP9US . I found the system cable here: https://www.amazon.com/Matsushita-Panasonic-K1HA25HA0001-CABLE-65/dp/B001DPHPCC . See the manual for the correct part numbers: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/hometheater/om/sc-ht900_en_om.pdf . The accessories that come in the box are shown on page 3.

I hope this helps.

Display screen not working.

Either the display itself (electro-luminescent) is defective, or the cables/connectors hooked to the display may have come loose. It should not be too much trouble to open up the case and have a look inside. Go for it.

Sub Woofer

Most likely there is a cold solder connection on one of the circuit boards, or a connector, or any anything else in the audio path.

It is suggested to not use the unit until it is properly serviced. Depending on what is being effected internaly from the cold solder connection it is possible to have some damage.

Help with SB-WA920 sub woofer PLEASE!!!!

Sure, you can use transition between SB-WA920 system cable with other output. So, you use them as speaker. That's it.

Panasonic SC-HT920

One option is to set the cross over to the sub so it knows when to send the low frequency to the sub and not the front speakers. 120 is a good setting. This can be done either via a know on the sub woofer or the setup screen of the main unit.

good luck

Sc-ht500 system cable

You cannot wire this system separately, since it is very difficult to separate the power cables from the others which carry the audio parts.if in any case , lets suppose, you could wire the dvd player separetely, you will have no audio since all the audio frequencies are transfered in this cable to the sub woofer and from there to the satellite speakers.
It would be useless to wire it even if we could as there would never be any audio, only video, no matter what disc you use as the only way the audio is comming is throught this system cable to the subwoofer. Actually its the worst idea to implement in a home cinema system, but well, this is old panasonic.. :)
