The tab freeze. i can open it by pressing hard the power button but wouldnt go through after showing "ALCATEL onetouch." It should go to the main screen but it wont. In order to turn off the tab, i need to reset by ticking the small hole at the back of the tab. then again when i tried to open it still shows the same screen"ALCATEL onetouch"
For alcatel t10 maybe you can try to press the power and volume up button simultaneously and release the button when you see the android logo and there is a red triangle above it and wait till it reboot this might work..we have the same problem but difference is it stays on the lock screen and it never allow me to unlock it if you're experiencing the same problem this reset instructions might not work.

Sounds like you have a hardware problem - the interboard connector for the screen matrix has deteriorated. Try reset first, but if that doesn't work, might be time for another phone.
