Go to the casio web site "casio.com".

Select "support" and the "manuals", watches;

Accept terms

Select "watch manual archive"

Read the number of the back of your watch and enter it into the search box

Click on "search" and the download your instructions.

If you can't find anything useful, try their technical support.

You can try turning the back around 180 derees or you may have lost the little spring inside of the movement when you replaced the battery.

If the date changes at noon then you just need to cycle through another 12 hours to be sure that it changes at midnight. It sounds like your clock is off by 12 hours.
If this doesnt work then have the watch AC'd or reset. This might correct a problem with the circuit board.

I had the same problem. Emailed Freestyle support, it's pretty simple: Go into the alarm setting, and before you do anything else, push the reset button. That'll clear it. If you push the set button first, that'll put it in the set it mode, and the reset button will just advance you to the next setting.

You will most likely need to go to the "Alarm" setting mode to toggle the alarm on or off. On the back of the watch, there should be a number inside a rectangular box. This is the module (not model) name. The module is the "brains" of the watch. If you go to the support section of www.casio.com and look under watches/manuals, you will be able to input the module # and download the instruction manual for your watch as a PDF file.

what you have to do is
1. press the mode button until you get to the setting that has "AL" at the bottom right.
2. then you press the "receive" button to switch between the four alarms.
3. as you are going through each alarm time, you need to look in the circle at the top right. When you are going through the alarm times, if there is a mark next to "ALM", you need to press the "time memo" button so that the mark next to "ALM" is no longer there.
4. repeat step fout for all of the alarms, and the problem should be fixed.
