Water pressure dropping

The water pressure drops every few minutes so the heating does not come on when on timed until The pressure is manually raised. Then stays on slightly when heating is on but drops again when heating or hot water not in use.

Have you checked the saftety relief usually set at 30psi sometimes will stick open and if it piped to a drain you should look and see if there is water running into it. The only other thing is a leak in the system but usually will be noticable by water lying somewhere.

Pressure gauge drops to zero when hot tap turned on

There are multiple types of systems that use the configuration you are talking about. We have no way of knowing what the system is but there is obviously a supply problem. Either the pump is not working correctly or the water supply has been constricted.

Vailant ecotec plus 837 - Water pressure and temp is too high

Pressure inside the tank will rise along with the water temperature. As the water inside cools the pressure will wane until the heating element turns on and reheats the water with a subsequent rise in pressure. Running the hot water at the same time will draw heat energy from the boiler and lower the internal temp and pressure as well.

Loud engine noise and over heating.

the cooling system is a few different parts, you have the radiator, the water pump, and the fan. Are you leaking any fluid, you can do a pressure test to sell if it is leaking, are the fans kicking on when the car warms up.. If the pressure test doesn't show no leaks and pressure doesn't drop then start with looking at water pump and thermostat. Be careful because if it get to hot you can blow a head gasket.

How do i put water in my radiator?

you need to replace thermostat and radiator cap.look under hood around engine compartment.look for a radiator cap near radiator, add 50/50 antifreeze and water to coolant system to bring up boiling point.pure water will cause engine run hotter because water evaporate away, remove radiator pour coolant in the radiator until coolant stop dropping in the radiator now some vechicle pour coolant in the coolant overflow jug, pour coolant until coolant level stop dropping and the coolant level stay at cold full mark.start engie let idle few minutes, watch coolant level in radiator if coolant start dropping add more coolant, when coolant level stop dropping put radiator cap back on let engine idle until both top radaitor hose and bottom coolant hose get warm turn off engine wait until it get cool then take a large rag slightly open radiator just a litle at a time to keep from getting scaled.once radiator remove add more coolant if low,put radiator cap back on start the engine let it idle watch the temp gauge if temperature gauge going hot zone stop engine wait until cool then add more coolant, keep doing this until engine stop overheating going into hot zone and coolant level stop dropping, make the coolant overflow jug coolant level stay at full cold mark, dont let jug run empty if so air will get in the coolant system causing engine to overheat.

The radiator was emptied out and i want to add antifreeze and water? there are 2 areas that say antifreeze goes here?

  • One is the radiator and the other is an overflow tank. Sometimes anti freeze will back pressure a bit and need somewhere to go and other times the antifreeze gets low in the radiator. That is the purpose of the radiator.
  • Put the antifreeze in the radiator fist and then add to the reservoir. Pay attention to the cold/hot level fill on the overfill tank.
  • You need to find out where all that antifreeze went to if the radiator was empth. Pull the dipstick and look for a chocolate milk look on the oil. This would be a head gasket or a cracked head.
  • Otherwise keep an eye out for a leak and repair it soon.
  • Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa.

Car stalls when oil pressure drops...20 minutes to restart

No it is a fail safe. When your oil pressure drops below (on most cars) 30 psi your computer will shut your fuel pump down until you either let it sit for a while and it resets or until oil pressure builds again. Sorry!

Oil pressure dropping to 0 after running for a few minutes

Locate your oil pressure sending sensor... generally near the oil filter intake but not always... give it a spray of WD40 to repel any water on it. next have the oil pressure tested just to be certain. the relay for the sending unit may need to be replaced as well... it's located likely in the fuse box in the engine compartment near the battery.

My Kitchen Aid Supuerba top covection oven will heat to set temp 350-400 then drop over 100 degree's but still read on digital display 350 or 400

how do you know it is dropping 100 degrees ?
If the set temperature is 350-400 the heaters will work untill the thermostat will read that the temperature is reached - after that the heaters will shut down and the temperature will drop...and after few minutes when the temperature goes below thw set point (in this case 350-400) the heaters will turn on again - this will happen for the duration of the timing you have selected (example 45 minutes)
