That error comes up when the computer cannot find the hard drive or any other device to boot from so it looks for a network booting program and when it cannot find that, the error shows up. REPLACE YOUR HARD DISK,
Go to the bios setup and see if there are any HDD installed. If no remove HDD from laptop then put it back, restart then go bios setup again and see if it is installed. If still not, you might need to replace your HDD with a new one.
It sounds like the hard disk is faulty, the machine is trying to boot via the network card as it cannot find a bootable disk. You could try removing the hard drive and reseating it but the disk could be dead.
Press F2 and enter setup as it looks like your device is set to boot from the network instead of your C drive. You can change the boot order in the setup.
Press F2 on boot. go to bios, ie insydeh20 setup utility. goto boot menu. select legasy in type. select your usb drive and hdd as a first boot device. save and reboot.
system is trying to boot to a network, this is most likely due to the hard disk drive not being detected, or the windows operating system is missing. First reset the BIOS defaults, see if the system detects the HDD in the bios and will now boot.
Run diagnostics on the hard disk drive, which I suspect it will fail. If diags on the drive pass, they try reinstalling Windows. But I expect you'll be replacing the drive.
You didn't list your PC model or make, but it appears that you have enabled the network card to boot from it's rom chip. Turn that option off in your software or pcie Bios control.
