No the power supply is propreitory( has multiple voltages) & is not advisable, u could blow up ur expensive confeencing equipemt.polycom has designed it in that manner!!

There should be some loose solder terminals at its main power regulator section. Resolder all the suspected solder terminals there, by applying a little more solder. Check the solder terminals at the horizontal output stage too. The fault is with loose solder terminals itself.
Your VSX 6000 does not support Multipoint. YOu will have to move up to the VSX 7000 or 8000. The VSX 7000 supports MP and the VSX 8000 supports 6 site mp if you have that option installed. DAVID
You need to go into the audio settings via
Admin Settings
Audio Settings
and make sure Enable Polycom Microphone is checked off.
Reboot and see if your microphone is recognized.
