My brother intellifax labeled 3800 but, Have a 775 manual;
is stuck in print mode with out taking paper from tray.
Screen says; "Printing."
Memory is 91% available
Have paper inserted correctly.
Screen says it is printing, but it is not and not taking paper; it is stuck in this mode.
I tried unplugging for 10 min. several times
I looked for jams, none.
I replace printer cart.
I was told by another tech, from Fix ya to press reset button.
I looked but, there is not a reset botton, anywhere that I can find.
Looking to clear and maybe reboot.
I think may be i can help, well rick there is no reset button on brother machines,..have you tried cleaning the paper feed roller? may be some thing did print and the paper is still crumbled up in the machine. try this. cut a file folder to 8x11 and manually force feed it through the paper path, there may some thing inside the machine that might be holding a sensor down. this is the first thingwe would do as a brother tech. good luck by the way clean the rollers with denatured alcahol
