Motorola Adventure 750 phone-- no speaker sound. Why?

You've probably already tried these, but what the heck; you asked...
1) Check in MENU -> SETTINGS & TOOLS -> SOUND SETTINGS -> CALL SOUNDS -> CALL RINGTONE to make sure that you have actually selected a ringtone instead of the "No Ring" option at the bottom.
2) With the phone open, try the up/down buttons on the left-hand side of the phone (above the Push-To-Talk button) to make sure that your volume isn't set to "All Sounds Off," "Alarm Only," or "Vibrate Only." It has to be at least at "Low" before a ringtone will play.
Hope this helps. If not, you probably need to take it in to a Verizon store for an expert assessment; they'll usually take a look at your phone and install any software updates for free.

MotoPebl does not ring!

mine did the same thing. i figured out that my songs were turned down (i dont know how this happened in the first place cuz it worked for the first couple of times then stopped ringing but...)

go to your menu, then multimedia, click sounds, then click whichever ringtone is yours, when it comes up use the volume button on the right of your phone to turn it up.

this worked for me, my phone is up and running now :)
hope this helps!!

No sound when phone rings

I called Verizon Wireless and the said, if you go to “My Sounds” or “My Ringtones” select the song that you want to hear and press the play button. While the ringtone is playing press the button on the side of the phone to raise the volume…you should be able to hear the ringtone. Hope this helps!
