Can not get gps to work in samsung i617T

Does this phome have gps?

I took a bit to get file on phone but once on worked well thanks..

Yes it does have GPS.

Whether or not it works will depend on your carrier. Windows Mobile phones can have GPS capability locked out to all software except for the programs provided by your cellular company. They do this to force you to use their GPS services ($$$).

I have a samsung i617T which is giving the the information that " This SIM is currently blocked. COntact your customer service centre for the unblock ( PUK) Code." How to solve this...

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
