Good day sir, my guess is that your adapter is the culprit, if you have access to another charger please use it, if you may have the time, try to visit your dealer, and they be wiling to test your adapter. Other causes may be the charger DC port, or the battery, but let us stick first to the common adapter problem, hope this helps.
