Just stopped working solo singer low volume always have volume at 2o clock just guitar vocal backing tracks checked fuse ok leads all ok no blue light no sound ---help steve
I am looking for a service manual of SRM350 v2 please can any 1 help [email protected]
I believe there is an internal fuse in these which, according to a friend who has these, seems to blow occasionally for no apparent reason. He has also had to send two back for replacement and would not buy again, they seem to be inherently unreliable although they sound great.
SOURCE: can't get sound out of the main outs just the solo
Here is the manual if you don't have one:http://www.mackie.com/pdf/archive/cr1604_om.pdf. There are solo buttons for each channel. There is also an auxiliary return solo button. There is also a solo to main button. These buttons are all inter related. Is your main output mute button in or out? Read the manual carefully as there are a myriad of combinations you can use. Have a look at the trouble shooting guide on page 21. If you can't find a solution try contacting Mackie. Let me know if this helps.
SOURCE: How do I replace the fuse on a Mackie SRM 350 v2?
The fuse is inside and is to be replaced ONLY after you repair the cause of it blowing. Additional damage may result if repair is not made first. Power it up with a 150 watt light in series with the power cord as a resetting fuse. When light remains out, unit should be good.
The fuse is mounted on a circuit board behind the power input connector.
Here is a link to a service manual that is probably close to your unit:

Scroll down at the web page to a small link that says "Get Manual" Click on that and after download unzip the file... it is free... ignore the winrar thing...

Unless you are electronically adept, this is NOT DIY. Take this to a shop.
SOURCE: ONLY GETTING MUFFLED SOUND FROM
If you've changed the tweeter and the sound is still muffled the fault is with the HF amp, or the cross-over. You will have to send the amp assembly for repair as it is all surface mount components in there -nothing you will be able to fix yourself. Sorry for the bad news!

same problem here.. gimme a holler if you've figured anything out.
mine, channels light up, it's getting sound (input) from mics, but it's no sound coming out. i'm almost definite the problem is with the main mix slider. but then again i could be wrong.
