Hello jamespeattie - Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and if issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.

that is a drain code, you may have a clog in the catch tube,, sorry to tell you this but the tube is inside the hose that comes off the bottom of the drum, , you should be able to take the back cover off and find the black soft rubber hose coming off the bottom of the tub,, take it loose and look down in it , there is a white plastic trap in there to collect things such as coins and socks,, if coins get in there then lint will start to build up and then it slowes the drain down
