How do i reset my lenovo desktop to factory setting

if it is a newer model computer, 1 to 2.5 years old,there is an option in your Control panel setting to allow you to do that easily. or u tuibe may have a video of step by step to change the setting back

jumpers the setting are in the manual i looked for your manual and couldnt find it
there is a set of jumpers you reset passwords in comp with
