SOURCE: Nailer jams with 1-5/8 brads

It sound to me that the 1 5/8 brads are not 18 guage but probably 16 guage and they will not work. Double check them first before going any further. You can usually lay them next to the smaller ones that work and see the size difference, if not let me know and I will dig deeper.

SOURCE: nail gun wont fire

First - the air pressure has to be high enough - check the regulator on the tank to make sure it is delivering in excess of 60-70 psi (which I am sure you have already done).

If you have dry fired these guns (i.e. shot them off with no nails in them while you were lubricating them maybe) the mechanism inside could be damaged. I had that happen to one of my nailers (same brand). That was when I learned not to dry fire them...

Since both of them are not working though I would be more inclined to look at the air supply first.

SOURCE: I only shoot one nail and the rest is air

It sounds to me like the spring within the magazine is not functioning properly. WIth brad nailers, it is that tension that places the nail into the proper position for firing. This may be as simple as cleaning the loading area and slightly lubricating it. WIthout seeing the actual gun, I cannot tell you for sure. If you are not sure of this, look for a professional tool repair shop in your area. They will be listed under industrial tool repair.

Why is my DeWalt D51275 15 gauge angled finish nailer bending nails and jamming?

A few things to check - some may seem overly obvious but humor me:
1) Check your nails - make sure they are the correct angle and gauge
2) Check to make sure there is not a piece of a broken nail in the nose
3) Check the driver blade & insure it is not bent or chipped
4) Make sure the nail carrier spring is pushing nails forward and isn't getting hung up

I have a dewalt dc618 finish nailer When I go to shoot the lights on the gun start to flash and will not shoot ?

Continuous flashing indicates low battery charge or poor battery connection. If lights flash 4 or 5 times indicates possible control module fault.

My brand new DC608 18 gauge nailer jams every time on the 2nd nail.

Per your addendum I would have first told you to check that you are using the proper guage nails. Second you should make sure you are loading the nails in the lowest channel in the magazine so they are at the bottom of the magazine. If you load them into the top of the magazine they have more time to go off course before they get into the wood.

I only shoot one nail and the rest is air. i need to push up the magazine to advance another one. This is my first finish nailer, is there something i'm doing wrong or is it the gun. I just purchased this...

Possibly, I would make sure that you are using the right guage nails first with the proper collation. You can go to Dewaltservicenet.com and download a breakdown for the tool and also a users manual.

Dewalt cordless nail gun fires but doesn't seem to feed the nails very well, alot of misfires.

Try another brand of nails -- maybe your gun doesn't like those. Also, blow any dirt out of the nail magazine.
