Not all the way down is normal, safety feature......check at switch for polarity loss....reverse polarity should raise the window.....check connector at widow motor....avoid slamming the hatch.......

Hi. I would lean and lube the side of the widow with a silicon based spray first.

Actuator probably going out happens quite a bit with older fords even new ones sadly. Luckily if you have a few basic tools/knowledge there not a difficult do it yourselfer. hope this helps ya

I agree--you need to first try another monitor. Sounds like a monitor problem to me.

This is probably the UP button switch that is defective. These can go bad when rain water gets into them.

if they are elec widows most of the time widow motors are out

If the switch and fuse is good, than that means the wiring is broke or else the window motors are bad

check the wiring harness between the door and the cab of the truck,you may have a broken or bad wire in the harness between the two that makes contact when the doors are shut.hope this helps,good luck.

Undue the lock nut and just screw them off, of course disconnect them from the steering knuckle 1st with a puller.

It sounds like your shutter may be failing.

The N80 has a vertical travel focal plane shutter. This is essentially two curtains that travel across the film plane. At lower shutter speeds, one curtain opens up the shurter, you wait, then the next one travels across, stopping the exposure. At faster speeds, though, they both move together, leaving a small gap between them to let light through.

If the first shutter curtain isn't always making it all the way to the top, this could give you just what you're seeing -- a black band across the top of the photo. One blank negative may well indicate that your shutter failed completely on that shot.

This is something best handled by a camera repair shop. It could possibly just be some dirt in the shutter mechanism, which would be fixed by a good CLA (clean, lube, adjust) ... that's no a bad idea if it's an older camera anyway. However, it could be more than that. It won't be clear which without getting down into the camera itself.
