Can i get printing on ml- 210 on computer having vists os
I have samsung ml-1210 printer which is not taking printing through computer which has VISTA as operating system. wether it is problem of operating system or else

did you do do a test print once you completed the install,go to printers and faxes in control panel right click on the printer select properties select print test page.if this print,close this right click on the printer again select use as default,this should take care of your printing problem.

Lexmark never updated the E210 driver for Windows Vista / Windows 7. Luckily, the printer is identical to the Samsung ML-1210 printer, which has better drivers that are Vista / Win 7 compatible. (The new drivers also work if the printer is connected to an XP machine, but is being shared with a Vista machine on your network.)
Go to the Samsung Support website (www.samsung.com/us/support/) and then type ML-1210 in the search box in the middle of the page. Click on the ML-1210 result, then click the "Downloads" tab, then below that, click "Drivers." Scroll down to get the correct driver for your system.
Uninstall any old drivers before installing the new drivers.
try this it should help uninstall everything to do with the printer. when you do to install the printer again let vista install it for you. vista has drivers for just about evreything included in it.
Unplug printer and un install software. Delete printer in printers folder. Restart pc. Install software first and then connect printer. Also make sure your usb drivers is correct.
If both printers are connected through a parallel switch, be advised that changes on the switch do not take effect until the computer is restarted. Those boxes worked fine under DOS, but Windows does not support them. Connect the Samsung printer to the USB port and make sure you use a good quality cable and not those thin and cheap cables.
