I cant streamed videos from my sonyericsson w550i phone

Traffic jams.
Internet isn't a direct pipeline from the source to you. Streamed content passes through many other computers on its way to your computer via your ISP. If any one of them is carrying too much other traffic, the streamed content may be interrupted and pause. Streamed content is "buffered" to help avoid this, but sometimes it's unavoidable.
(test the downstream and upstream speed and alose test the download )
(Checked deleting the temporary files and folders)

A slow computer :

vista doesn't come with 16 bit, it is 32 or 64 bit. use media center utility for watch live streaming. media player 11 is also capable for playing the live video. realplayer is the best tool for playing live videos

other than playing video on your mobile you cant stream bcoz there is no real one or live video player present in mobile. also phone not support any third party software also. so its unable to stram on your mobile.
