Sony Xperia MT27i doesn't keep in memory anymore incoming calls(caller id,caller number etc.). I can only see who called me on my screen and then if i press on it the caller's id/number gets disappeared. I have recently downloaded through my pc the latest update for this mobile. Maybe this problem occured after this update.Can you please help me?

or take it to an authorised service center and downgrade the software to previous version.

Sir, you don't need to worry at all, because this is not any issue with your Cell-Phone, but with the Service Providers, All you need is to call your Service Providers and tell them your query.
They will check on their side, if there is some system error, regarding your connection.
