On my EnV2 Need help with Signature

When I try to enter aq signature it tells me I exceed my limit and this is on the first letter how do I change the settings

    i was able to put a signature under my text messages but when i turned it off and back on it was the same signature it wont let me change it. now it says its on but no signature and no option to change it.

You go to settings in the messageing part of the menu..
thenn..go to the last one that says "signature" then click custom then type yours in

If you are talking about your signature that goes into a text message, then you need to make sure you aren't trying to center it, because you can't do that, and it takes up space. Other than that I dont know what signature you are talking about. Sorry. Good Luck.

I cannot open any of my files on my signature mini

If anyone else has been using the hard drive, they may have changed the permission settings or encrypted them.
Another consideration, did you log in as an administrator? Was your "User Account" setting changed from Administrator to "Limited"?

Is the signature mini hard drive formatted to the same file allocation table setting as the OS you're plugged into?

Create email signature

  2. In the Compose in this message format list, click the message format that you want to use the signature with.
  3. Under Signature, click Signatures, and then click New.
  4. In the Enter a name for your new signature box, enter a name.
  5. Under Choose how to create your signature, select the option you want.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Signature text box, type the text you want to include in the signature.
You can also paste text to this box from another document.
  1. To change the paragraph or font format, select the text, click Font or Paragraph, and then select the options you want. These options are not available if you use plain text as your message format.
  2. To add an electronic business card - vCard - to the signature, under vCard options, select a vCard from the list, or click New vCard from Contact.
  3. Click Finish when you are done editing the new signature.

To add a signature to each sent message:
1. Select OK > Messaging > Settings > Text Messaging.
2. Highlight the Add Signature field.
3. To have your phone add your name to each text message, select On.

Change a signature
  1. In a new message, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.

Note To add your signature when replying to or forwarding a message, the signature options on the Message tab become available after you click Reply, Reply to All, or Forward.

  1. On the E-mail Signature tab, in the Select signature to edit list, click the signature that you want to modify.
  2. In the Edit signature box, make your changes to the signature.
  3. To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want.

Note These options are not available if you use plain text as your message format.

  1. After making your changes, click OK.

Note If you want your changes to appear in the signature in a message that you currently have open, you need to update the existing signature. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signatures, and then click the signature.
Tip You can make changes to signature in a message that you currently have open by editing the signature in the message body. However, these changes will not be saved for other messages.
Change the signature included in an individual message

  1. In a new message, on the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature.

I want to change the signature on my outgoing emails. How do I do that? Can I add a logo to it?

1. Go to your email box.

2. Click on 'Options' (upper right, blue letters).

3. Scroll down to and click on 'Signature' (second column, under 'Management').

4. Select> 'Editor: Plain | Color and Graphics.

5. Enter signature text and/or graphics (you can 'Copy' and 'Paste' text and/or graphics directly into the input field).

8. Check the box:
'[/] Add signature to all outgoing messages'
Or leave the '[_] Add signature....' box unchecked and check box below compose area (when sending messages) '[/] Use my signature'

9. Click on the 'Save' button (upper left, under 'Mail' tab).

You can 'Copy' and 'Paste' your pictures directly into the input field (if the image is JPEG format - ".gif" or ".jpg"), but there is limited space. If your picture suddenly disappears, it may have gotten corrupted during the process, try it again. Note: some images may not allow you to copy them due to HTML restrictions on the page.

If your picture is in your computer, you can send it to yourself via an attachment and it will be in your 'Search Shrtcuts' > 'My Attachments' - 'My Photos' folders.

After you locate your picture in the search shortcuts folder:
1. Double-Left click on the photo to open.

2. One-Right click on open photo to reveal the pop-up menu.

3. Choose 'Copy'.

4. Go to signature input box and one-Left click on target area to set cursor.

5. One-Right click to reveal pop-up menu.

6. Choose 'Paste'.

The Color and Graphics version of Yahoo! Mail also gives you the ability to include HTML graphics in your signature, by doing the following:

1. Locate an image (".gif" or ".jpg") that you wish to add to your message. This image can be selected from the Web.
2. Once you find your your picture of choice, right-click your mouse and select "Copy" from the menu that appears next to your cursor. Note: some images may not allow you to copy them due to HTML restrictions on the page.
3. Login to your Yahoo! Mail account.
4. Click the "Mail Options" link in the upper right-hand area of the page.
5. Click the "signature" link in the left-hand Personaliztion column.
6. Make sure the cursor is in the Color and Graphics signature field and paste your copied image by pressing "Ctrl+V". Your fonts, sizes and colors should all remain the same. You can also resize your image.

If you would like to edit your signature in the future, just return to the Signature area, make the changes you want, and click "Save."

I am trying to find out how to put my curvise signature at the end of my e-mail messages rather than block letters.

Within Yahoo your choices are limited. If you create a file with bitmapped copy of your scanned signature, it will simply be an attachment. There are a couple of approaches you could try. First, you need to set up Yahoo mail to use 'Rich Text'. The default choices of fonts within yahoo are limited, but if you go to a local rich text aware program, such as Wordpad in Windows, you can select a suitable cursive font, type your name, then copy an paste it into Yahoo mail. In limited trials, the font shows up (provided the recipient has a mail program which can diplay rich text)
For your own handwriting, you would need to check out one of the transcription services which for a fee, will give you True Type font of your handwriting.
