Just bought a new HP Pavillion 23 running Windows 8 and a new HP Photosmart 5520. The PC is connected to the wireless router through Ethernet. Printer is connected wireless. All other PC's and laptop can print when connected to router wireless. Once I connect through Ethernet it won't print
Have you tried a cold re-boot on printer PC and router worth a try first then check all are on-line and communicating Can you use the PC without the Ethernet cable or a direct cable to the printer just to set it up (Re-set up).
Regards David, more info may help all the bests.
Ps. my old HP is a pig at time but I never have to use the cable which is a good job as I can never find the thing...

Can you print the Network configuration page from the printer and use those settings to configure your printer from your PC?

There are many different USB TVStick models, so without knowing which one you have your question is impossible to answer. Click here to see the current range.
Not knowing the exact model of HP PC is also a barrier to an effective answer. Specifications and hardware vary; from a casual glance at some of the minimum requirements of some TVStick products there are clearly some HP models which may be incompatible.
The TVStick website does not mention Windows 7 support anywhere, so it may just be that they haven't yet provided the correct drivers. You may have to run your TVStick software in compatibility mode for Vista or XP which Microsoft have built into Win7. Windows Help on your machine will tell you how to do this.
