Can't transfer photos from computer to digital frame

I cannot figure out how to transfer pictures stored in my Gallery on EasyShare on my computer to my new Kodak EasyShare M820 digital frame. The Help feature does not explain and the manual does not either. In EasyShare there is an icon for copying to "Removable Hardware' but when I click on that icon it does not recognize the digital frame. There must be some simple way to do this.

Copying pictures from EasyShare software:

1. Install EasyShare software (free download at www.kodak.com/go/sw)

2. Connect the USB cable.

3. On your computer, open EasyShare software. Select the pictures in My Collection and drag them into the Picture tray.

4. In the menu bar, select File and then Copy to the Kodak Drive letter.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

5. Select the frame source to which you are copying.

6. Select Best for Digital Picture Frame to reduce the resolution of the pictures you are copying. Full resolution is unnecessary and quickly fills up the frame's memory.

7. Click Copy. Pictures are copied to your frame.

8. Unplug the USB cable and on the frame check the pictures that were just copied.

How do I transfer my pictures from the kodak easyshare to the shutterfly gallery? I cannot even transfer my recently added pictures to the Kodak gallery.

If your pictures are in jpg format, you can download Picasa, free from Google at http://picasa.google.com/ and use it to upload your photos. You can also do it using your browser if it handles Flash. If not, use the one by one uploader at Shutterfly. I recommend using Picasa, because it will find all the pictures on your PC and sort them by date. It includes a photo editor and facial recognition too. I would drag all your pictures to the "Pictures" folder to make it easier to work with them.

I can't transfer photos from Adobe to digital frame

The Kodak S510 does not have a built-in internal memory. You can hook it up on your computer using a USB cable with a USB OTG connector and copy the pictures from your computer to the inserted memory card or a USB flash drive in the frame.

Also, make sure that your photos are in JPEG format.

How do I transfer pics from my computer to digital frame sv811

Connect the frame to you computer via the USB cable. Your computer should see the frame as a removeable storage device (new drive letter) if there's memory on the frame to store images. If not, then get a cheap memory card or USB key for $20 and put the images there.

Transferring photos from computer to photo frame

I just called the company because I have one as well. They told me that in the case of my photo frame I cannot transfer them from a pc. I need to buy a usb storage device or other devices to keep the pictures. That needs to be on the photo frame to view pictures. I am not happy with this since they should have told us that it would cost more money. I will never buy Philips again!

My kodak easyshare sv811 digital picture frames music not playing

Most files you download say from I tunes are "protected" files. They will not transfer. You have to convert it to an MP3 file. I found a free converter on the web that will convert your protected files to MP3 file then you can download it to your photo frame. i just bought one today and it took me ALL DAY to figure this out. What a PAIN! good luck!
