Language problem I have htc touch dual slider mobile phone and my phone's language is italian but i want english language so i tried many time to change language but i could not fine english language in my phone.so please help me to change the language of my phone i want to change language in english version.

My phone htc touch 3g t3232 is in italian language and i dont understand how to change it to english. pls help

Tap on Start > Settings (it is represented by a gray gear in front of an yellow folder. It should be the second item, from the bottom to the top, the closest one to the question mark, which stands for Help). Tap on the second tab (standing for 'System') and search for an icon representing the Earth (standing for 'Regional Settings'). Tap over it and choose the language that better suits your needs, in the dropdown menu. Tap OK to close.
This procedure won't change the ROM from Italian to english, of course, but will allow you to better understand what is going on with your mobile.

just turn on the network time.
it will automatically update time, sync your date & your regional settings

I have a HTC Touch 2 which I bought in it from Italy, where I was in those days. I want to use the phone etc, in English, but have learned that the phone is set only in Italian. Is there a download that will covert the phone to English?

HTC Touch Diamond In Italian, I Want English!!!

Go to HTC's website and go to support and select htc touch diamond (make sure its 'diamond' and not 'htc touch'!) and see if there are any rom updates (in english). Make sure it is for your phone + carrier/cell provider, as sometimes there are different rom versions, for different carriers. (depends on your country, so change the country)

u cant understand italian no problem just go to settings and then go to regional settings change the language to english and there u go if ur problem is still there then u should have an english rom installed in ur pda go to www.htc.com and try to download latest english rom other wise u can find it on xda developers

For all android phones version 1,5 and later you can go to a free android market and download the programs 'MoreLocale' and 'Set Locale and Language' . you can change the language into any language u want.

To change languages:

1) Start menu
2) "Settings"
3) Go to "System" tab at the bottom
4) "Regional Settings"
5) Change your language in the drop-box at the top of the screen from "Italian" to "English"
[There are different kinds of English available depending on what you prefer]
6) Press "OK"
[There will be a message popup]
7) Restart the device to use the language
