Uninstall the webcam drivers. Remove the webcam from the computer. Wait for 5 minutes. Place the installation cd or disk in the drive but do not let the program start. Install the webcam. Windows will say found new device ..... It should then ask you if you want to install ETC You should be able to do it automatically from there.....
