This should be the link to a manual for your player. Naxa Nx-382 manual. For a charger/power supply you can try an generic one from walmart or off the net. They come with different ends to fit many different devices, and have variable voltage settings also. See this one from iGo. iGo wall charger.

I HAVE A NAXA NX-671 AND CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO SET THE CLOCK

I got a 671 from jujudeals.com and the exact same thing happened. When I talked to them, they said to first, go into clock mode. While you're in clock mode, press and hold select (SEL). Still holding select, use the Fast Forward and Reverse buttons to change the time. FF will change the hour, REV will change the minute. I just installed my Naxa NX-670, and now when I attach the faceplate, nothing works.

If you run into this problem, be sure that all the fuses to the wiring leading from the battery to the radio are good, then be sure that the yellow wire is attached to the constant power source and the red wire is attached to the acc/ignition power source.

How do i put movies on the NAXA NX-142?

The NAXA NX-142 came with a miniature CD you must use the CD to install the software called AMV converter to your computer. Then run the AMV converter with the NX-142 plugged into the USB port. You can then convert certain videos like WMV files into AMV files which can be automatically uploaded to the NX-142 be sure to choose to upload the videos into the MOVIED subdirectory to help keep things organized on the NX-142 The AMV converter will allow certain settings to be selected. The manual is helpful but the printing is so small that I can't read it even with glasses.

Could someone please give me a simple (I'm auto mechanically challenged) step by step instruction on how to install a new radio in my Ford Windstar. It is a 1996 and the stero I am putting in is a Naxa NX...

Typaclly if you purchased the faceplate install kit, and harness kit, the install will be very easy. You will also get a set of instructions for each kit.
The first hurtle you will have to leap will be removing the old radio, this requires a set of removal tools that fit into the four holes in the face plate of the stock radio. This set may include 2 to 4 tools to put into the holes to unlock the unit, once you have it out, install your harness kit, faceplate and stereo.

The manf claims hi power which usually means 50 X 4. More likely the actual power is more like 8 to 10 watts X 4.

How to charge battery

I think it recharges by taking some power from the computer when it is connected. I also use a cell phone charger from the razor series of phone.

I had the same issue. I bought my 671 mp3 car stereo from jujudeals.com and I was having the same problem. I called them up and they said that I have to go to clock mode. When in 'Clock Mode' you have to press and hold Select (SEL) and at the same time press FF/REV to adjust time. (Fast Forward adjusts hour, Rewind adjusts minute). If your still having problems contact the Naxa Electronics warranty department. Goodluck!

On the NX-670,,I was just playing w/ the buttons & found out how to set the clock.On the right side press & hold the blue select(sel)button,while still holding sel down,press the reverse for hours(am or pm will be displayed),for minutes,use the fast forward,or next song button,,worked for me.
