All in the link. You can't Scan FROM a USB drive because if it was on the USB Drive it is already in digital format. You can Scan TO a USB Drive.

For the faint text, remove the toner cartridge and give it a couple of hard taps on the either end to settle the toner. Then run a Test Page

You install driver properly and scan again .You also try to scan adobe photo shop.

It sounds like you have setup a fax forward box.

You need to set up a one touch, scan to SMB.

this can be easily done via your web browser by typing in the IP address of the MFP and set it from there.

You need the IP address of the laptop and is best to put the shared folder in the main drive (C).
Then for the file path you just need to enter the name of the shared folder EXACTLY as it is on the lap top.
You also MUST enter the ID a password to give it access.

Use the "Separate Scan" button on the panel. By pushing this you are telling the scanner that you have separate scans to scan as one document. Once all files are scanned, push the separate scan button again to indicate you are finished scanning.
