Getting error "Fuser Error Low Temprature" and printer not working for a week.
Try this before replacing the fuser.
You do have to reset a new fuser also.
Reset Fuser Life
I've just sold this problem: 2 fuser: one is printing the other not! why? the two are in perfet state of work: I test them individualy on AC: power heating was there! I finaly invert piece to piece: I've found! the thermostat on the oposite side of the label, was exchange and then the 2 fusers work! So unscrew the litle cover, 1 screw, unscrew the thermostat (2screw), verify it if it is well in short-circuit, and then just replace it and screw well and stronger: It works for my two fuser! (technicaly speaking, I think that the resistance of the 2 light and the two thermostat must be below a certain limit to alows the printer to work)

IT IS NOT THE FUSER UNIT. IT IS IN THE WIRING HARNESS THAT CONNECTS THE FUSER TO THE PRINTER. REPLACING THE FUSER UNIT MIGHT, JUST FROM LUCK IN THE WAY THE CONNECTIONS MATE, FIX IT BUT NOT NECESSARILY.
I have a new Fuser, 110 V; Phaser 6100. It's properly installed and the "Fuser Error Low Temperature" problem still exists. Do you have another solution?
Just as soon as the Ready light comes on, the message light comes on with "Fuser Error Low Temperature". I haven't been able to reset the new Fuser.
Please help!!
Fuser Error Lowe Temperature
the printer shows error 010-397. Fuser stays cold. Printer does not work.
HP5200 is not working properly with a massage 'fuser error'. I turn off the printer and turn it back on. but the problem is not solved. pls help me
ther is a thermostat behind the fuser: keep off the plastic (one screw) and then verify the thermostat (2 screw to keep it off: then verify if it is well in short circuit, and screw it again: I manadge to run it again!)
