They call it a Tank Seal. About the only part that I could find. I'm looking for the whole assembly myself.

It's called a tank, not a pot. $9 CDN. Haven't been able to find in US yet. This is very hard to belive considering they make so many small appliances I think HB is not making parts available intentially to get consuners to buy again. Not sure this is smart.

SOURCE: My hamilton beach brewstation is leaking.

There is a spring between the lever and the o-ring. It may have popped out when you cleaned the pot. That has happened to me before. The spring is necessary to hold the seal down until the lever is pushed.

My hamilton beach brewstation will not work telling to pour water

there is a little "trap door" system in these, check that the rubber stopper is free and you can pull it up with your finger easily, if you can then the "swing arm" may be broken or may have come loose. All parts are plastic and snap together and can be ordered thru their website

Hamilton Beach BrewStation 12 cup Coffee Maker, coffee leaks into the bottom water reservoir after brewing.

there is a small rubber flap valve in the tank. if you carefully clean that on a regular basis your problem should end.

Brewstation Leaks

Mine did the same thing, except I have the model #47665 because the model you have I had to replace twice. It would start/stop numerous times during brewing. Anyway, if yours leaks coffee the same as mine it's because the tiny plastic part holding the small rubber gasket that controls leaking (inside the tank under the screen) is most likely broken. Apparently it's a common problem. I called HB at 1-800-851-8900 and talked to customer support. They are sending me a whole new tank (cannot just fix the gasket) for the whopping price of $5.00 to cover shipping. That's right, $5.00 for shipping gets you a whole new tank. I love Hamilton Beach. They truly do stand behind their products. Again Hamilton Beach product support, 1-800-851-8900 good luck to ya........Katherine

The small plastic washer is warped on mine and causes it to leak

I had the same problem only the small rubber gasket (looks like a hose washer) on mine fell out. I contacted the Hamilton Beach product support department and was tole the WHOLE TANE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BUT do not dispair. They are sending me a whole new tank for the cost of shipping only!!!! How's that for customer service. Shipping is only $5.00. Call Hamilton Beach ast 1-800-851-8900 and wait for instructions. In your case, if it's just "warped" they can tell you hopw to reinstall it. In my case, the part that holds it, a little ***** white plastic part with a star on top) broke off so for $5 bucks, I get a whole new tank! I love Hamilton Beach!!!!
