There is a lower removable cover at rear of washer, remove this, locate and remove large black hose fastened to drum, locate and remove filter inside hose to clean.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.
check the pump, make sure drain hose is not cloghed, ensure the belt is in the place, spin the drum a bit by pulling the belt. then give it a go. Update me about your progress
if it fill with water then stops it is the ellement the machine first fills turns the drum then heats up the thermostat cuts in and the it emptys rinses and spins so if it does not get to temp it will stop or continue to wash forever
Open up the top of the machine. Plug off the wall mains. Turn off the wall faucet. How is the wire connection for the inlet valve, the water inlet. Fine? If not unscrew the inlet valve from the corner of the machine after disconnecting the hoses, & dismantle to clean it up, re-assemble, refit back to machine.
to removed test display press and hold start/cancel button for 5 secs. then press on/off and start/cancel together until d-off is displayed then machine will work
