ALWAYS HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS AND YOU CAN CONNECT THEM TOGETHER SO IF OYU HAVE LOST DATA IN ONE THE OTHER STILL HAS IT SAFE NOW IF YOU WANT THE EMAILS BAK ASK THE HACKER!! =P

Good Luck! I will NEVER use any product by Yahoo for the reason I was unable to log into my account and lost all email, some from a departed friend. Tried everything, contacted Yahoo, to no avail. While trying to access the account over several days, it was hacked into and I got emails from the Yahoo (MY) email account Yahoo wouldn't let me back into, to my other email account (different provider)! So here I can't get into my account but I'm getting SPAM email from it sent to another email account!!

Well, have you tried resetting your password via email?
If that doesn't work the only way you could mainly figuring it out is if you contact Facebook Support themselves and ask them to assist you with getting back your account.
If Google cannot get your mail back then unfortunately there really isn't any other way to get it back. In the future you can consider backing up your email locally on your computer by going into the settings in G mail. In settings hit the offline tab and select enable. From there just follow the on screen instructions and everything will be backed up.
