Check to make sure there is no food left at the bottom of the rack, then check to make sure you are adding the correct dishwasher soap that Samsung recommends to use with the dishwasher. If this is not working you could try using heavy duty dish washing cycle or try rinsing off your dishes before placing them into the dishwasher this reduces food buildup at the bottom of the dishwasher and helps clean your dishes better
You asked if I fixed the problem and I didn't. And I got tired tying to navigate your website to actually know where I was. I was sent a user and password, but found no place to log on and of coursed I have not paid for anything and do not plan to do so in the future because just getting through your site seemed like too much of a hassle.

About the soap: You can use both. I prefer tablets.
About the particles: Before putting the dishes in, remove the food with a brush ($2.00) in the sink and run the hot water from the faucet for a 1-2 min until it gets really hot.
There may be something plugging up the arm that sprays over the dishes. And of course, I'm sure you know not to place items like bowls, pots, etc that will block the flow of water from the bottom sprays.
Although the bottom jets do most of the working cleaning the top items, the spray from above is vital. Take the stem pipe leadin from the top to the bottom off and separate the spray arms carefully. If you can, look throgh each end to make sure no deposits are in there.
Another way is to blow compressed air from the center stem down in the water supply unit. If food particles are there you'll see them.
