We want to use a Cash Register to record visitors to our Museum. In addition to entry, is it possible to programme a Casio TE 2000 to show where they came from and how they heard about the Museum maybe using dept keys?

No need to program it. It is enabled by default. For a percentage discount, just type the percentage eg 10 then press %- button. For amount discount, type the dollar amount eg 2000 (no decimal) then press - button.

If yes, try to reset it. (NOTE: This method will RESET all of ur programmed data!)
1. Off power
2. Take out the AA size backup battery
3. On Power
4. The machine should show "0000000000"
5. Fix the AA battery in
6. Program the Date & Time
7. Ok
Hi. On most machines it is in key features, then set the feature of the payment keys (CASH CREDIT etc to print VAT breakdown). See if you can find it, otherwise I'll try to get the info for you.
