My phone keys are cracked

Try this get the inner key pad membrane replaced some it get damaged with moisture,liquids , and the keys should work again

If you have a cracked screen can you still read it? If not you'll have a problem copying the sim.
If you can-
Go into menu and select "contacts" Select "options" key down to "advanced" Select key down to select "copy from SIM" or "copy to SIM" function which ever you need.

Then your screen may not be at fault. It could be the circutry before the screen. Your previous screen may also be functional.

this happened to me as well - about 2 months after i'd gotten the phone. i called the store where i bought it and they said it was happening to others and the manufacturer would replace it under the one year warranty. the store gave me the phone number (which i no longer have, or i would share it with you). i called and had a new phone w/in days. they sent a pre-paid label for me to send the defective phone back. i took the new phone back to the store before mailing back the old one and they transfered all my info (contacts, etc). any ringtones or games are lost w/the new phone though. i've had the replacement phone for 6 months and no problem w/keys cracking.

go to sony ericsson service centre and tell to change bonzer flex

you need to take the phone to a mobile repair center and have them replaced the keyboard and microphone or you.

take the phone back and have it replaced.

Returned to Sony Ericsson. Fault with early key pads on the phones W580I
