When I turn on the projector, it stays in "warm Up" phase with the light flashing under the "on Button". The windows that normally open so the lamp can project remain closed. Non of the lights for heat or defective lamps are on, it just seems stuck in warm up phase. Have turned off the power and back on again to try to reset

SOURCE: Problem with the lamp
According to Epson the led will flash red in one of two cases: Flashes red with 1 sec intervals - either the lump has burned out(We can rule this one in this case) or the lamps cover is open (try checking the cover's sensor) Flashes red with 2 sec intervals - an internal problem, I'd suggest contacting Epson's support. Good Luck
SOURCE: Projector Lamp is flashing Red
if you know how to open the unit, try fixing its ventilation. flashing bulb light sometimes mean an occurance of overheating. try to clean all the fans and the air vent.
SOURCE: ELP 3300 lamp problem?
probably. try to check the number of light hours( you can check the manual on how to view it) usually 10000 hours could mean that you need to replace the bulb. also check the physical appearance of the bulb, if it has cracks on the ceramic at the back, then you need to replace it.
SOURCE: My EPSON Powerlite 730c projector doesn't power up
epson will not sell parts to anyone who is not an authorized service center. sorry. if you can get the part from an asc, then you can replace it.
SOURCE: I have an Epson EMP-74 projector. When plugged in,
