SOURCE: I shot six mails and the frame nailer gun stopped
First, make sure you gas is not expired, it has a date on it. Take off the back cover with the allen wrench and two phillips head screws on the sides. Pull it out, being very careful and make sure when you put it back the wires are tucked in there place again. There is an o-ring under the fan that may need replacing causing the vacuum to not work. Also, make sure the little spark plug is clean of all carbon residue. Clean with some WD40 or ether. Worst case scenario fan motor or spark plug. You can find parts for these things. Lemme know. Please rate me
SOURCE: paslode nail gun not firing
Hi,
Yes you need to oil driver blade piston.
You need to check for spark. With no nail or gas in it. Take of main cylinder(4bolts on top, 2 bolts on nose. And then put in battery. And then push upper switch(behind roller at top) and the fan will come on. And then pull the trigger. You should have spark.
Thanks,
Jeff
SOURCE: I have an older 325 Impulse solids state that will not come on?
Have you got the safety OFF?
SOURCE: paslode framing nailer will onley fire one time
Did you remember to lube the upper cylinder, lg 0-ring and silicone the striking pin----sticking may prevent returning to firing position
SOURCE: impulse gun wont fire and fan doesnt run
could be a bent probe not allowing full travel of the safety , fan motor, loose wire, or circuit assembly. If you are handy with tools, remove the battery and fuel cell. remove the 4 screws holding the cover on top of the cylinder assembly and down where the saety is remove the 2 screws there also. gently pull the cylinder off the tool. when you have apart check toe condition of the Oring on the top plate where the fan motor is. Now reinsert the battery and you will see a rocker switch towards the top, depress it and the fan motor should come on. if not try and depress the trigger switch and again the fan motor should come on. If neither start looking for loose or broken wires, if you find none then I would guess the terminal board would be bad. you can also remove the handle halves and look for a loose connection at the board itself, they sometimes wiggled loose where it plugs in. Good luck and let me know.
