Responds to change the tv remote with the cable company or the TV itself was watching tv and the picture went out, you hear the sound, I turn off the TV and went back to turn on, the image turns on but only a second, the sound is heard, as I did with the remote reset and nothing just a second and the video will only sound and black screen, everything works normally only imajen that lasts a few seconds and turns off

Easy way to Diagnose is get a known good CCFL from a laptop or LCD TV and start plugging it in to the existing Cathode's Ports one at a time. Generally its a bad CCFL on these multiple units.. (2,4,6) Bulbs.. Moniserv.com for replacements.

This is the best solution for your problem as a 40 year experience with wires etc. Go to the source of your cable signal connector . Open it and clean the terminals with emery paper , sand the end of the cable shiny clean from corrosion , get a new barrel connectors with gold terminals if possible lengthen the ends of the cable , insert and tighten good, use thick rg-16 or rg 40 cable with good insulation ends crimped professionally with a crimpier or buy ready made , not from dollar store. Get a gold plated professional splitter if you need one or two , it will cost about 15 or more each . Make the cable runs as short as possible, using the thick good cables. If needed get a signal magnifier. From radio shack or the source etc. Connect them good and tight . Ground the splitters . Problem solved , you will get crystal clear channel 2 to 7 including 3 and 4 . Isolate the TV cable from other cables and power wires. Vitally

Sounds like a loose connection to the display panel. Did you physicaly move it from the time it didnt work to the time it started working..

Yep, after doing a little more research, I've come to the same conclusion, however they have more than half a dozen different Back light inverters for these Sanyo units, hopefully its not the most expensive one and not the one my supplier does not have in stock, trying to give my customer an estimate, hopefully I don't have to shoot too high.
