TV turns on. has back light, has audio but no vidio

The camera output would have to be composite---and if so go to one of the rear audio/video inputs: yellow (composite video) is likely all you would need unless the camera has audio as well (go to red or white on same input).

that problem is cause of malfunction inverter board..

please try to check if you have bulged on the top capacitors on the power supply if not just replaced the inverter board to fix you problem..

Some of the Newer VHS/DVD units don't have cable inputs. If this is like yours you can hook a RCA Audio/Vidio cable from your Samsung TV Vidio/Audio outputs (if set has them) to VCR/DVD inputs................... Larry

The RED (Right Channel), and White (Left Channel) are for feeding the Sound to the TV, The Yellow is for coposite Video. Check that connection. Also look at the venting grill to see if you can see any white lights inside, if no light, then the backlight inverter board may have gone out or it is not getting the power from the main power supply.

Two or more things, first make sure you have your audio vidio cables correct

Yellow= Video
Red= Audio right
White Audio left

Also make sure that the tv matches the input your cables are connected into. I would make sure the restart the PS3 to make sure the video is good (after checking the tv input)

your s-vidio out on the laptop only transfers vidio, you need to use a headphone to rca jack cable pluged into your headphone port on laptop and plug rca into back of tv or vcr or s-vid converter box

Odd problem for this model.

If:

* you are certain the popping is coming from the speakers and
* the video and audio come back on after going out (without reset) then

the issue will be with the main board and will need to be replaced.

Call Vizio customer service, they extend warranties sometimes.

If your camera has audio vidio cable (just get a cheap one which has a yellow, red and white connector) connectors. simply plug them in the audio vidio out on camera and audio vidio in on TV and thats it.

Normally the symptom, audio/no video is the DMD. The light needs to be changed. Contact RCA at 866-465-7157 for a servicer in your area.
