This set may have the self check, if power light comes on and goes off press and hold both menu and input on front of set for five seconds and let both go.

power light will blink a two digit error code, like one blink, two blinks with a pause and repeat it for about five times total.

Let me know what if any code is found, the 1,2 is NO error is found.

Printer goes off and never powers back automatically

Check the wakeup settings on the printer. Some were shipped with sleep mode on, but all all wakeup events disabled.

When I press power, light blinks for about 15-20 minutes, then goes off. Press power again, on solid for 30 seconds, then goes off. Press power again, TV finally comes on.

Your television is in need of repair. Hard to tell what exactly needs to be repaired but when the power light blinks in that way then this is the TV's way to tell you it needs to be serviced.
